Do you deliver across New Zealand?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across both the North and South Islands. Rural addresses are supported.
What is your returns policy?

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders ship within one business day. Main centres typically arrive in 1-2 business days; other regions in 2-4 business days. Rural delivery may add 1-2 days.
Do you offer trade/business pricing?
Yes — NZ-registered businesses can apply for a trade account to access volume pricing and a 30-day credit option. Apply via our Business Account portal and we will respond within one business day.
Are all products genuine?
Yes. We are a reseller: every product is sourced through official New Zealand channels and ships with the full manufacturer warranty that applies in New Zealand.
Can I get a custom quote for bulk orders?
Yes. Use our Quote Request feature on any product page, or contact our sales team with a list of part numbers and quantities.
Do you offer warranty on products?
All products carry the standard manufacturer warranty, which varies by brand and product (typically 12-36 months). Check the individual product page for the specific warranty term.
Do prices include GST?
Prices on the NZ store display inclusive of 15% GST by default. A GST tax invoice is issued with every order.
