Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products purchased from Vendra. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team via our Contact Us page
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in original packaging
  5. Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software licenses and digital products
  • Custom-configured or built-to-order items
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.)
